Cadelo Terms of Service

Use boundaries for project planning, cutting, and keeping your work.

Effective date: October 7, 2026

Using the making tools

These Terms govern your use of Cadelo’s project planning and making tools. By entering or using these tools, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use them.

Cadelo turns a small-object template or your measured parts into a board layout and a sequence of cuts. You can follow progress, replan from measured remaining material, attach project notes, and export a drawing.

Measurements and safe making

Plans depend on the dimensions, board thickness, saw kerf, rotation setting, and remaining material you enter. Check the actual board and all part measurements before cutting. A drawing cannot confirm material condition, tool suitability, joint strength, or whether an object is safe for a particular load or use.

Use the instructions and safety measures supplied by your tool manufacturer. The app’s next-cut display is a planning aid, not a substitute for safe tool operation or qualified advice. Do not rely on a screen animation as confirmation that a physical cut or assembly is correct.

Your project material

You control the measurements, labels, photos, voice notes, and progress you enter. You are responsible for their accuracy and lawful use. Do not add or share material you do not have the right to use.

You retain any rights you have in your project material. The app’s software, interface, visual system, and documentation remain protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Local records and exports

The workshop saves its working records locally. Device failure, app removal, or storage problems may make records unavailable or permanently remove them. A local recovery copy is a convenience and is not a guaranteed backup service.

Keep separate copies of important drawings when you need them. You choose where exported documents are shared or saved and remain responsible for those copies.

Permitted use and availability

You may use the tools for lawful personal project planning and recordkeeping. You must not interfere with their operation, bypass safeguards, redistribute the app, or misrepresent its plans as an official third-party service.

The app is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. Plans depend on the information you provide. No storage method is completely reliable, and uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data or use arising from the app. Any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded is limited to the minimum amount allowed by applicable law.

Changes and contact

The app and these Terms may change when reasonably necessary. The effective date identifies the current Terms. Questions about these tools or Terms may be sent to stefanoskarasavvas@yahoo.com.
