Cadelo stores the garment names, categories, colors, seasons, and availability states you choose. When you log a wear, it also stores the selected garment, wear date, post-wear state, and related status history.
The app uses your saved records on the device to calculate wear counts, time since last wear, recent repetition, and which Ready garment should return to the rotation next. Garments marked Needs Washing or Stored are excluded until you change their state.
Your wardrobe, wear history, status events, and entry preference remain in the app's local storage. Cadelo does not upload those records. Network access is used only when you choose to open the hosted Terms of Service or Privacy Policy.
The clothing workflow does not request system permission to use photos, the camera, location, contacts, health data, notifications, or a tracking identifier. A garment photo is not required.
Records stay in local storage until you change or remove them. The app may keep a backup copy in the same app container so it can recover from an unreadable primary file. That backup is not a cloud copy and is not available to the developer.
You can edit garment details, correct or delete wear records, remove garments and their related history, and undo certain recent changes while the Undo notice remains visible. Log Out returns to Welcome but keeps the wardrobe. Delete Account in Settings removes the local wardrobe, wear records, status events, backup, and entry state from this iPhone.
This policy may be updated when the app or applicable requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version. Questions about privacy may be sent to stefanoskarasavvas@yahoo.com.
